About this module
Following on from the entry level Tomorrow Man + Tomorrow Women workshops, Middle Ground connects all genders through empathy + understanding of shared and unique experiences.
This two hour sessions brings young people together to explore the history + impact of the relationship between the binary genders before today, taking into account many complex topics.
What to expect
Tomorrow Man + Tomorrow Woman will create a safe, non- judgemental environment to share different perceptions on gender; encouraging participants to be more understanding, patient+ more empathetic of one another.
We'll explore what the relationship between genders could look like in the future, giving participants the opportunity to share their hopes for the people of tomorrow.

Across 1+ years, Her Tomorrow’s four modules take students on an in-depth journey towards embodying their most powerful voice and living a bolder life. It’s what teachers and parents continuously tell us: “I wish I had this growing up.”
Our signature introductory workshop. Participants are empowered to use their voice, develop courage to challenge restrictive gender expectations and explore their unapologetic selves amongst their peers and in their own lives.

Participants examine how pressures and expectations influence their treatment of others, particularly women, and learn tools to create a supportive and inclusive peer culture. The workshop empowers students to shape an environment of empathy, reduced judgement, and belonging.

Participants explore their sense of self, learn how to set clearer personal boundaries, enabling them to redefine the intimate relationships they have with themselves and others.

In Teacher Training, our facilitators share what they've learned from working with young people for over 15 years. Through conversations and practices, teachers will gain insights as well as a toolkit to have honest and meaningful conversations with them.
