Tomorrow Woman acknowledge that our offices are on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nations. We pay respect to elders past, present and future, and all First Nations people.
Led by master facilitators, Tomorrow Woman runs high-participatory workshops that guide young and adult women to unapologetically raise their voice beyond the limiting expectations placed on them.
Our facilitators do this by weaving depth, humour, and vulnerability, to empower each person to share and learn through each other’s personal stories. Every workshop is different. That’s because it’s the participants who guide the conversations, and it’s our facilitators who can reframe and enrich what’s happening on the spot.
During our workshops you'll engage in powerful discussions that explore topics meaningful to women, such as societal expectations, personal challenges, and the tools we use to thrive.
You’ll also learn practical techniques for building resilience, boosting self-confidence, and fostering genuine connections. Through interactive activities, you’ll practice deep listening and authentic self-expression.
But most importantly, a chance to connect with other women in your community, sharing stories and experiences that uplift and inspire.
All you need is yourself and a willingness to be curious. The more you lean in, the more you'll get out of the experience, but even active listening from the sidelines can be transformative if that's what you're comfortable with.
To enhance your experience, consider bringing a friend, family member, or colleague who would enjoy a meaningful night out, as well as a notebook or journal for jotting down thoughts and inspirations.
No formal preparation is needed just come as you are! Bke the most of the experience, it can be helpful to take a moment to reflect on your own experiences as a woman and consider any challenges or strengths you’d like to explore during the workshop.
Be ready to listen and share openly in this space designed for honesty, vulnerability, and compassion.
And arriving 5-10 minutes early will give you time to settle in and get comfortable before the workshop begins. We're excited to meet you!
