OUR TEAM

Tom Harkin

Co-Founder

Growing up in the bayside Melbourne suburb of Frankston, Tom gained an deep understanding of the mainstream Aussie male stereotype and saw first-hand the negative impact it had on many of his mates as they journeyed into manhood. Whilst in high school, a chance encounter with the youth charity, The Reach Foundation, had a profound impact on him and changed the course of his life.

Now a highly regarded expert facilitator and executive coach, Tom has carved his niche in fostering psychologically safe environments for leaders and organisations across the globe. Establishing Tomorrow Architects marked the beginning of his extensive impact, influencing over 150,000 executives with his distinctive approach to group facilitation, emphasising our humanity to facilitate transformative experiences.

Tom's journey transcends professional coaching; his founding of Tomorrow Man stands as one of his proudest accomplishments, aimed at empowering men of all ages to embrace their emotions and combat male suicide. This movement has garnered wide recognition, spotlighted in ABC's documentary Man Up, and has resonated with over 80 million viewers.

His pioneering approach to conversation-based group facilitation and his keen interest in men's mental health have resulted in transformative programs that resonate deeply with Aussie men from diverse backgrounds and ages.

Alongside co-founder Paige Campbell, Tom firmly believes that the pursuit of gender equity is a collective responsibility. Growing up with a feminist mother he believes strongly that men have a critical role in ensuring the equality and safety of women and children. Together, through the synergies of Tomorrow Woman and Tomorrow Man, they are striving to make sustained societal change so that no-one misses out on living a full life.

Tom loves an icebath, wrestling with his sons and cheering on his beloved Bombers.
