Kasey Miles

Facilitator (NSW)

Whilst navigating adolescence Kasey’s family moved around alot, as the constant 'new girl', she developed a unique resilience and understanding of the human spirit.

Growing up in the beautiful landscapes of New Zealand, Kasey experienced the challenges and learnings that come with constantly changing environments, cultivating a deep curiosity and value for real, unfiltered conversations. During this time she developed her ability to quickly adapt and understand the myriad of human experiences and emotions.

Pursuing her passion for people and their stories, Kasey studied Psychology at the University of Otago. It was here that her desire to create safe spaces for vulnerability and conversation about mental health issues was sparked, fuelled by the belief that people inherently want to talk about their struggles - they just need the right environment and tools.

Kasey's journey led her to Sydney in 2020, where after key roles at the UNSW leading a student-focused mental health program and a volunteer outreach program, and at Bupa as the mental health and well-being coordinator across APAC, she embraced the role of a Tomorrow Woman facilitator in early 2022. Every day, she dedicates herself to creating spaces where authentic and raw conversations can flourish, witnessing the transformative power of community and shared experiences among women.

Her drive to challenge the status quo around mental health conversations and her belief in the human spirit's resilience continue to motivate her. Her love for people blend seamlessly with her role and mission is to continue breaking the barriers surrounding mental health discussions and empower women+ to embrace their journeys.

Outside of work, Kasey is a lover of tea, obsessed with the simplicity and comfort found in a warm cup. Her wanderlust, shaped by the many landscapes of New Zealand, remains a constant source of inspiration.
